Olga is a contortionist and a world-renowned instructor specializing in flexibility, handstands, and contortion.

With more than two decades of experience, she has developed a proven methodology to enhance the flexibility and strength of students ranging from professional ballet dancers, pole dancers, acrobats, and elite athletes to absolute beginners.

Her teaching philosophy—both advanced and inclusive—was shaped during her time living and training with the Russian Olympic team. Olga is deeply committed to helping her students achieve extraordinary results, regardless of age, prior injuries, or experience level.

A U.S. Champion and two-time Pan American Champion in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Olga was also an Official Olympic Alternate for the Athens Games. She holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from New York University, bringing a holistic understanding of mind-body connection to her instruction. Her performance credits include 20th Century Fox’s The Greatest Showman (starring Hugh Jackman), the Original Cast of Broadway's PIPPIN, and Panic! At the Disco’s MTV Music Video of the Year-winning tour.

Currently based in Utica, NY, New York City, and Fort Myers, FL, Olga offers virtual classes and travels worldwide for workshops.
